“After working in Forensic Analysis for 17 years, I knew I wanted to explore a career in Data Analysis. I was fortunate enough to get offered the position in Warwickshire Police in 2020. This role is the challenge I needed. Since starting the role I have learnt so much. I have worked on many projects to gain more insight in matters such as Investigations, Child Protection and the Demand of Officers across the force. We also provide crime data and investigate any unusual trends that may occur, I find it very interesting! The team are great to work with, extremely helpful and share any knowledge and tips to make life easier for you. It’s a lovely place to work.”
